1. Introduction

Welcome to apexpressurewashing.org! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including pressure washing and related services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Apex Pressure Washing provides pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

2.1. Service Areas

Our service areas include Kentucky locations. Services outside of these areas may incur additional fees.

3. Pricing and Payments

3.1. Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition and size of the area serviced.

3.2. Payments

Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the following payment methods: Card, Cash, Check and E Transfer.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1. Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 48hours before the scheduled service. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 10%.

4.2. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new requested date and time, subject to availability.

5. Liability

5.1. Property Damage

While we take all necessary precautions to avoid damage, Apex Pressure Washing is not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues with the property that may be aggravated by pressure washing. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any sensitive areas that require special attention or care.

5.2. Weather Conditions

Our services are weather-dependent. In the case of inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments for the safety of our team and to ensure quality service.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to provide the best possible service; however, Apex Pressure Washing makes no warranties regarding the results or effectiveness of the pressure washing services, particularly on surfaces that are heavily stained or weathered.

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky & the USA. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Liberty Kentucky.
